Change is possible with individualized dosing

Finding the right dose takes time

When you start taking XYWAV, your doctor may adjust or titrate your dosage each week until you reach a dose that works best for you. During this time, it’s not uncommon to experience some side effects. Make sure you tell your doctor.

Some ways your doctor can tailor your XYWAV treatment includes adjusting:

Recommended starting dose:

4.5 g divided into 2 doses (at bedtime and 2.5 to 4 hours later)

Recommended maximum dose:

9 g divided into 2 doses

Dosing increments:

0.25 g–1.5 g per night per week
